From Flow Tribe to Flow Life
OUR EVOLUTION
What began as a response to isolation has grown into a living community centered on connection, creativity, and Flow. Today, Flow Life Global brings together movement, music, art, spiritual practice, wellness, learning, and shared experience to create spaces where people can show up fully and belong.
OUR HISTORY
Flow Tribe, 2020
Flow Tribe began organically in Los Angeles in 2020, when isolation was reshaping everyday life. We gathered outdoors and at the beach, sometimes with silent disco headsets, creating ways to dance, connect, and be together while keeping physical distance.
What started as a response to disconnection grew into larger gatherings centered on music, movement, gratitude, wellness, and healing. That early experience still shapes Flow Life Global today: when people come together with intention, creativity, and care, community itself can become a source of resilience, presence, and belonging.
